We will have a WIMBLEDON STYLE TENNIS SOCIAL ON TUESDAY JULY 8 FROM 6-8 PM. WOODEN RACQUETS WILL BE PROVIDED AND PLAYERS SHOULD HAVE AN ALL WHITE TENNIS ATTIRE. PLEASE SIGN UP AT THE OFFICE IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING. FOOD AND BEVERAGES WILL BE PROVIDED.
Please let us know if you are coming by Wednesday, JULY 2 , by responding to this e-mail or by calling the pro shop at 225-1193. There will also be a sign-up sheet in the office. Please let us know if you are bringing a guest and what level they will be playing.

The 2008 Cardinal Classic will take place on Father's Day weekend, June 12-15th. For the past two years, the Cardinal Classic has been the 2nd biggest adult tournament in the entire state of South Carolina averaging over 300 entires each year. This year, we are forming several committees, and hopefully, with the help of our members, we can make it the best tournament in the state. USTA has granted us an upgrade to a Level 3, which gives participants more points.

We are in the process of u updating the phone directory. Let us know if there have been any changes (since the last directory dates August 2004) in your address or phone numbers, along with your cell phone. We plan to give these out at the Annual Meeting. We are in the process of changing the password on our Cardinal Web site. If you care to access approved board meeting minutes, member directory, or newsletters via the site, be sure to contact Donna to obtain the new password. It will be changed periodically so let us know if you are interested in staying abreast of the new password so we can contact or email you when there are access changes.
