Season’s Greetings!

I hope this finds you and your families enjoying the holiday season.

As we are about to enter into the New Year, I wanted to inform you about some improvements to the club that will be made beginning in January, 2012. During the past three months, the board has been in the process of evaluating and obtaining bids for repairing the irrigation system on the three soft courts closest to the patio (8, 9, and 10). We have had problems with our current system distributing water evenly to all areas of these courts, resulting in dry patches on playing surfaces while other areas receive too much water. The metal pipes on these courts date back to the origin of our club (40+ yrs) and are corroded, thereby reducing water flow. The board has decided to replace the irrigation system on the six main soft courts (8, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14) which will improve our water pressure and court coverage and allow for individual watering of these six courts.

This project is scheduled to begin the week of January 9 and will start on Courts 12, 13 & 14 with one or two courts being unavailable to members at a time. We have chosen to begin the work in January so that we will have the courts in top shape for spring and summer. Please bear with us and be patient while the work is being completed.

The information will be posted on the website in the leagues area (protected area). A username and password is required to access this information. Click here for information on accessing the protected area.

The league section will contain all of the schedules for each team, links for captains to post/record scores, register for a team, renew membership, and importing information about any new rules/regulations.
