The Junior Membership rights       The right to use all of the facilities of the Club in the same manner as those owning any other type of membership except as stated in Rule #8 in Cardinal Court Rules. The right to participate in and on all committees except the Executive Committee, and the right to participate in all programs. The right to vote on the election of officers, subject to the provisions as stated in the By-laws, and the right to vote on all matters regulating the activities of said Club. Other rights as stated on page 9 of the By-law      Junior Membership to Adult       Initiation Fee:  Half of single or family membership initiation fee, depending on which type of membership is chosen.   Quarterly Dues:  Regular dues of whichever membership is chosen.              Membership Application
