• #19 in the World under ITF International Junior Ranking System in 1993.
• #1 nationally ranked player in the 16 & under and 18 & under divisions.
• Winner of the International Casablanca Cup in 92' and 93'.
• Played Professionally in 93'.
• Full Scholarship to the University of South Carolina.
• Graduate with Honors from USC with a Finance and Economics Degree.
• Received an award for the Best Winning Record in the history of USC.
• Has developed the games of many state and nationally ranked players of all ages here in the Upstate.

Richard comes to us from Gainesville, Ga and most recently worked at the Hobson Performance Tennis Academy in Snellville, Ga. where he assisted in training many juniors with state, sectional and national rankings.  The academy also had several players who currently hold ATP, WTA and ITF junior points toward rankings.  He joined our staff on Thursday, October 11th as an Assistant Tennis Pro.  He is certified by the Professional Tennis Registry and has taught and coached all levels from the very beginner to collegiate All-Americans.  He was the Assistant Coach at Brenau University in Gainesville, Ga. where the team was national runner-up twice and national champions in 2002.
